To those who are (ehem) trying to renew their new year resolutions (yet again) to lose weight in 2010. Let's do something different and exciting.
Presenting JUARA KURANG BERAT BADAN: Family Edition. (roughly translated in malay to avoid any legal actions hehe).
The rules and regulations:
- Open to all members of Omar-Aminah family.
- First weigh-in will be done at a family function sometime soon. Weights and pictures of all participants will be collected and placed in Berakas for reference.
- All participants are free to carry out any exercise regime they wish to do in their personal time during the 6-month period. Joint sessions with other participants are welcome. (I can already hear budayang placing her advanced orders for extra iCovers....)
- Biggest loss in % weight after 6 months will be determined the winner. There will be attractive prizes for Top 3 "losers". The final weigh-in and prizes will be presented during the annual Family Day.
- In case the prizes inda memuaskan, do remember: the real prize is your improved health ;-)
- Please register your interest to participate to Jester or Anih by 10th January 2010.
