Konvokesyen Zayani


Hari ini, Isnin 19 Julai 2010 adalah Majlis Konvokesyen bagi anakda Muhammad Zayani di University of Liverpool. Puda beserta Auntie Ros dan kaka Zati turut hadir sebagai tetamu di majlis tersebut yang berlangsung di Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool. Majlis konvo bermula jam 3.00 petang dan selesai kira-kira jam 5.30 petang.

Hari ini hujan turun dengan tidak henti-hentinya di Kota Liverpool dan agak sukar untuk membuat sessi penggambaran luar di sekitar acara konvo tersebut.
















Tahniah diucapkan dan semoga berjaya seterusnya di bidang kerjaya yang akan diceburi.

Secebis catatan dari London dan Manchester

Kami selamat sampai di London pada hari Sabtu, 17 Julai, 2010 kira-kira jam 3.20 petang. Zayani turut berada di Heathrow untuk mengalu-alukan kedatangan kami dan seterusnya kami menaiki keretapi express menuju ke Paddington Station. Kami singgah sebentar ke Brunei Hall di Norfolk Square untuk menyimpan sementara barang-barang luggage kami dan sejurus selepas itu kami menaiki tube dan bergegas ke Piccadilly Circus.




Setelah menjenguk Piccadilly Circus, kami kembali semula ke Brunei Hall untuk mengambil barang-barang luggage yang kami simpan di sana. Kami menaiki teksi menuju ke Euston Station dan seterusnya menaiki keretapi menuju ke Manchester. Kami bertolak dari Euston Station jam 8.20 malam dan sampai di Piccadilly Station, Manchester kira-kira jam 11.oo malam. Di Manchester, kami menginap di rumah Bibeh di Newcastle Street, Hulme.






Hari ini Ahad, 18 Julai 2010, jam 10.30 pagi kami menjenguk sebentar ke Kota Manchester dan membeli belah sedikit barang-barang keperluan. Kami makan tengah hari di Arndale Shopping Mall dan sempat singgah di beberapa shopping outlets termasuklah Apple Store, Mark & Spencer, Selfridges, Next, Boots dan lain-lain..............


Makan roti bread di sini amat seronok dan kami sempat merasa roti bagel, pretzels dan panini....waduh, sangat enak rasanya!!!!

Esok kami akan menuju ke Liverpool untuk menghadiri acara Konvokesyen Zayani dan hingga jumpa lagi di ruang blog akan datang, salam hormat dari kami sekeluarga.

A TBL Meal

The wonderful thing about TBL (Family Edition) is how simple it is. Here's how to create a TBL meal:

  1. Choose a portion of lean protein - Examples: Chicken breast, lean ground turkey meat, fish, lean red meat
  2. Choose a portion of complex carbohydrates - Examples: Sweet potato, brown rice, whole-wheat bread or pasta
  3. Add a portion of vegetables to at least two meals each day - Examples: Broccoli, asparagus, lettuce, spinach, carrots
  4. Consume one tablespoon of unsaturated fat daily, or three portions of salmon per week - Examples: Avocado, sunflower seeds, coldwater fish, flaxseed oil, olive oil, natural peanut butter
  5. Drink at least 10 glasses of water each day - Drink a glass of water with every meal and before, after and during every workout.
" A lot of people try to make it into rocket science," admits one real Champion, "and all it takes is eating a fist-sized portion of carbohydrates and a palm-sized portion of protein. When I'm finished eating I look at my watch and make a date with myself to eat in three more hours."

Sekalung Tahniah buat Muhammad Zayani


Dengan penuh khusyuk dan tawadhuk, dipanjatkan doa kesyukuran setulus-tulusnya ke hadrat Allah Subhanahu Wataala atas Rahmat, Taufik dan InayahNya jua maka anakda Muhammad Zayani telah lulus dalam peperiksaan akhir semester pengajiannya di University of Liverpool dan berjaya memperolehi ijazah Sarjana Muda (Kepujian) dalam bidang Geofizik. Begitu besar Rahmat dan Nikmat yang dikurniakan oleh Allah Subhanahu Wataala kepada hamba-hambanya yang menyahut seruanNya dalam memanfaatkan kurnia akal dan fikiran ke arah menimba ilmu pengetahuan yang bermanfaat bagi dunia dan akhirat sesuai dengan FirmanNya dalam surah Az-Zumar ayat 9 yang mafhumnya: "Katakanlah: Adakah sama orang-orang berilmu pengetahuan dengan orang-orang yang tidak berilmu pengetahuan? (Tentu tidak). Hanya yang menerima peringatan ialah orang-orang yang berakal."

Puda sekeluarga sampaikan ucapan sekalung tahniah buat anakda Muhammad Zayani dan dipanjatkan doa semoga Allah Subhanahu Wataala akan sentiasa memberi hidayah, rahmat dan naunganNya agar beliau seterusnya berjaya di medan kerjayanya nanti.....Amin, Ya Rabb.....

Zayani, insya Allah, akan menerima ijazahnya dalam Majlis Konvokesyen University of Liverpool pada 19hb. July akan datang dan dengan izin Allah jua, Puda beserta Bu Uda(Auntie Hjh Ros) dan Zati akan sama-sama hadir dalam majlis tersebut, Insya Allah.
